Wow! I never really knew I was capable of making pancakes from scratch...lol. I was feeling adventurous today and decided I would try to make them for my 21 month old son. He liked them but I think I liked them better (I ate 3...YUM!). I was really impressed. I thought these were better than most restaurants' pancakes. Thank you for the recipe! I will definately be making these again.

This recipe was really delicious! I cut the recipe in half because it was just my husband and I eating, and it still filled up a 9x13 pan. I used turkey pepperoni to save on some calories. I will definately make this agsin. Thanks!

I chose this recipe because it is very similar to the one my mom makes and everyone raves about. She just eyeballs the measurements of everything and I have a hard time with that. The only difference is I didn't use onion and I chopped dill pickles to go in it. I also russett instead of red potatoes. I'll try the red next time. It was so creamy. It was delicious! My hubby said it's the best potato salad he's had. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe!
