Maple Pumpkin Cheesecake

This was the most decadent delicious cake I have ever made. It was a hit and turned out beautifully! I used candied pecans in the sauce and it was awesome! Kids and adults asked for more then one serving of this and it was still good for several days after baking. Awesome, awesome, awesome!!!

This was good when it came out of the oven. The leftovers were not good though. When it got cold in the fridge and then we tried to reheat it it was too hard and didn't work out. It was delicious, though, when just made!

Tex-Mex Sheet Cake

Pretty good. It did take little longer to bake and came out a tiny bit dry. Also, I used double the butter and not even a quarter of the powdered sugar for the glaze or it would have come out way too thick. I added colored sprinkles and kids loved it!
