Neiman Marcus Cake II
After reading all the reviews, I went with half the amount of sugar asked for (2 cups) It was fabulous.

Amish White Bread
Fantastic Recipe. I have not bought any bread since I found this recipe. I did cut the sugar to 1/4 cup and I cover it after 15 min. of baking so it doesn't get too dark. Now if only I could find a good french bread recipe ;-)

Almond Puff Pastries
To Jo, who's puff pastry came out flat; and to others, for future reference. When baking puff pastry, you need to first "dock it". Meaning poke holes in it. The holes allow the steam that is trapped to escape. I rated it a 5 because the recipe sounds good. I'm going to try it soon :-)
