This was my first attempt at zucchini bread. It was fabulous. As suggested by other reviewers, I did 1/2c oil and 1/2c applesauce, used 1 cup of white sugar, and 1 cup of brown sugar. I also added the recipe for the oatmeal crumb topping from the one reviewer. Everything turned out great. I baked mine in a bundt pan, since I only had one loaf pan. Worked great at 325 for 50 minutes. Terrific!!

Very good cookie. I received the email of the urban legend. Checked here to see if the reviews were good, which they were! Two things I did different: I didn't add nuts, and I baked at 300, for 18 minutes, cooled on sheet about 1 minute, before removing to the rack. Very good. My picky chocolate chip cookie husband even liked these.
