I made this at Thanks giving and everyone really enjoyed it. It was good but i felt like it was missing something. I added alot of extra cheddar cheese and salt. I think i didn't dry out the spinach well enough.

Chinese Roast Chicken with Gravy

I changed everything without meaning 2 but it was super good. i poured the soya sauce on the chicken and added some chicken broth to the pan along with potatoes. cooked for an hr and made gravey with the dripings by adding cornstarch. the gravey was awsome.

Fiesta Pinwheels

I skipped the olives and chilie's and and they were great. Everyone loves these little pinwheels. Make sure to wrap them up in aluminum paper for a few hrs before cutting.
