Stuffed Shells I

Pretty good, and not TOO hard. I added a little bit of italian sausage to the cheese mixture and topped with plenty of sauce. Loved it!

Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

I made this recipe exactly as stated and it turned out delicious! The spices were a great combination. My only complaint is that it is a little bit runnier than a baked pie, for obvious reasons, but nonetheless full of great pumkin flavor. This is one of the easiest & fastest pies I've ever made. The hardest part is waiting for it to chill!

Thai Spiced Barbecue Shrimp

These shrimp had great flavor. I had no curry on hand so I used chili powder instead and it came out fine. I also sauteed these as opposed to grilling. My husband couldn't get enough!

Strawberry Vanilla Pancakes

I give this 4 stars mostly for the delicious vanilla flavor. As another reviewer mentioned, I think these would be great even without the strawberries.

Chile Colorado

This chile had excellent flavor but is definitely a labor of love. Next time I will buy the meat already cut up to save some time, and possibly leave out the flour?? maybe... I gave this recipe 4 stars only because I found it nearly impossible to brown the meat in the simmering pot. I ended up browning the meat in a skillet. With that said I'd still make it again just with a few small changes in mind.
