Mexican Casserole
I used flour tortillas, rotel instead of the diced tomatoes, and a few extra green chillis. It turned out great!!!

Baked Spaghetti
This was easy and tasted great! I did use italian sausage instead of ground beef as another reviewer had mentioned.
