Garlic Pork Roast
Kind of bland. Tastes like any other crock pot roast.

Butternut Squash Supreme
My family really liked it. I used bread crumbs for the top, since I didn't have any crackers. Next time I will use crackers for stuffing mix.

Chicken Enchiladas II
Pretty good. I liked the cheesiness. Thought it could use a little more flavour- garlic, onion, etc. I also think the 10" tortillas were too big in proportion to the filling. Next time I will play with the spices and use smaller tortillas.
