When I first began cooking liver I thought I could slow cook it in a crock pot. WRONG! do not do that. Cooking liver slow does not mean in a crock pot. If you cook it this way you will not eat liver for a long time to come. The smell is unspeakable and the texture? well we do not want to talk about it.
