Pesto Cheesy Chicken Rolls
the yummiest chicken. loved it! i used jar pesto sauce and a cheese stick! easy!! and quick. i ended up rolling it up, then dipping in egg and breadcrumbs. baked for about 30 min. will make again.

Roasted Spicy Mustard Potatoes
i put a few drops of EVOO in the mustard mixture. it was very yummy and not dry at all. i went light on the chili powder and cayenne and wish i didnt. will make again with more spices. i was scared it was going to be to spicy. maybe a sqirt or two of spicy mustard. hubby loved it.

Never Fail Chocolate Chip Cookies
