Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

I made these for Valentine's Day. They were quite easy and extremely tasty! I made the batter earlier on in the day and we just put them in muffin cups and stuck them in the oven when we were ready for dessert. They are also good warmed up later in the microwave. I served them with raspberries coated in sugar and Cool Whip. I pretty much followed the recipe and it was great.

Butter Dip Breadsticks

We really liked these. I did add 1/2 cup parmesan cheese to the batter. I also added some garlic powder to the butter and sprinkled some parmesan cheese on top of the breadsticks before baking. I did cut into 1 inch strips instead of 1/2 inch strips. It took about 15 minutes for these to cook. I also twisted the breadsticks; it made them look very pretty! All in all, it was fairly easy, very good tasting and pretty presentation. I will plan on making these next time I want breadsticks.

Banana Crumb Muffins

These are AWESOME!! I did add 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon and a sprinkle of nutmeg to the batter. I also increased the cinnamon in the crumb topping as well. (We really like cinnamon!) They came out perfect- moist, but not too moist and with a great flavor!

Shrimp and Feta Cheese Pasta

This was really good. It had more flavor than I expected. I added about 1/3 cup white wine and doubled the spices, but I only used the called for amount of tomato. Next time I think I'll double the tomato also and make a little more sauce as well. Definitely a keeper!

Butterfinger Chunkies

These were quite good. I'm not a big fan of normal peanut butter cookies, but these are NOT your normal. If you like butterfingers and cookies, then you'll like these. I pretty much followed the recipe, but I did refrigerate the dough before baking. They came out nice and soft... perfectly yummy!

Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

This was really good. I did bake it instead of frying. I baked at 375 for 20 minutes flipping over halfway through. It's definitely a good option- tasty, easy, quick.

Orange Glorious I

This is very good. I made it as the recipe called for and it was a little more liquidy than I liked. Next time I'll reduce the liquid and increase the ice cubes. Overall a very good flavor.

Zesty Chicken Meatloaf

I don't think there's anything wrong with this recipe. It was just a little too out there for my taste. Hubby liked it just fine though. So, if you want a different twist on meatloaf, then give it a try... but if you're a traditionalist with meatloaf, then realize that and pass on this recipe.

Shrimp and Asparagus

We liked this. I added Old Bay to the shrimp. I used extra garlic and white wine. I also sauteed the asparagus already cut into pieces like some of the other reviews mentioned. This was a pretty easy and delicious meal.

Italian Breaded Pork Chops

We really liked this. I used panko bread crumbs. Next time I think I will cook it in the oven for about 5 minutes less than the recipe stated. It was quite good! So far it's one of my favorite pork chop recipes!

Kalua Pig in a Slow Cooker

I really love this recipe. I had been planning on trying it for awhile, but I just now got around to it. It is really good. I did cook it for over 16 hours, but less probably would have been alright. I used regular sea salt (I went to three stores even specialty ones and I couldn't find hawaiian). We served it as sandwiches with some BBQ sauce on top. I prefer this recipe over typical pulled pork recipes where the pork sits in the BBQ sauce. This has a great flavor even without BBQ sauce and then you can just add the amount that you want instead of having it drenched. I definitely recommend this recipe!

Baked Ziti I

This was alright, but it's just not my tastes. I think what I really wanted was a ziti that was more cheese and no meat. So, it's a fine recipe, it just wasn't exactly what I was looking for.

Homemade Wine Coolers

Hubby and I really liked this one. I used Trader Joe's Merlot for the wine. It was very pretty and definitely a good drink to serve during the summer. We will definitely make this again. Thanks for the recipe!

Garlic Parmesan Orzo

This is an excellent recipe. The only thing that I did differently was add in some extra parmesan cheese (because we love cheese). I served it with salmon and a veggie.
