Banana Banana Bread
I've made this recipe twice in the past week. The first time, i stuck with the original recipe and it was DELICIOUS! I then decided to make it a little be healthier by cutting the butter in half and substituting the rest with applesauce. I only used one cup of mashed banana and that was about 5 medium sized bananas. Turned out fantastic.

Pumpkin Bread
This is DELICIOUS! I did make some changes though. Instead of 3 cups of sugar, I used 2 cups; 1 white sugar, 1 brown sugar. I didn't make it in 2 loaf pans, but instead used a 9x13x2 and baked it for the same amount of time. I also used 1 & 1/2 TBSP of pumpkin pie spice instead of the seperate spices. This batch came out quite crumbly, but still delicious.

Almost No Fat Banana Bread
If I want to make muffins instead of a loaf of bread, what temperature should I bake them at? If the same temperature as the bread, how long should I bake them for? Oh, and the bread was delicious.
