Sour Cream Scalloped Potatoes

I've made this recipe several times, and it's always a big hit. It's great for potlucks. However, I reduce the butter and sour cream in half to reduce the richness.

I made this for cooking club when doing a demonstration on Brie cheese. I actually tried it out on them without trying it at home first, and it turned out great! My grandma has even requested this for Christmas this year!

Honey Coconut Salmon

I served this at a dinner party, and my guests just raved over it! And it was very easy to prepare. The only thing I might do different next time is a little less butter. Otherwise, it was excellent!
