Irish Soda Bread I
This was absolutely delicious and sooo moist. I even made one with blueberries and that went over quite well with my Irish relatives who are use to just raisins in their Irish Soda Bread.

This was a bit on the sweet side and would make for a nice summer by the pool drink.

Banana Banana Bread
This is one the best banana breads I have ever made. I did add some crushed walnuts and about 1/2 tsp of cinnamon and 1/4 tsp of nutmeg for some extra flavour. Yummy!!
