Garlic Prime Rib
TAKES LONGER TOO COOK THEN IT SAYS!!!! But this is the best i have cooked. this is the second year in a row i have used this...and plan on keeping using it!

Amazingly Good Eggnog
did not add the alcohol. this stuff is great! very rich nothing like store bought stuff. i used heavy cream because i could not find light at my grocery store...turned out great although i will probably put on 20#

Buttermilk Pancakes II
It could be my preference but i like a little tang to my pancakes so i add a little more sugar and baking powder and a dash of salt...to taste of course and makes it perfect
