About this Cook
I'm 25 and live with my husband and our 4 cats and dog in a little tiny town outside of Atlanta. We have hectic schedules so I love quick easy recipes for week nights. On the weekends I love having more time to cook and experiment.
My favorite things to cook
I think baking is the most fun! I love to decorate cakes and cookies.
My cooking triumphs
My first Thanksgiving a few years ago! I cooked the turkey, macaroni and cheese, stuffing, gravy, it was great! Everything turned out good too. Now we host our parents and friends for Thanksgiving because we love sharing the holiday with them.
My cooking tragedies
I have a tendency to burn cookies. I'm always worried that they look too soft so I leave them in too long. I recently learned that the piping hot sugar mixed in keeps them cooking a few minutes after you take them out of the oven. I can't wait to try some chocolate chip cookies again now that I know that.

Ranch Crispy Chicken
I used 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1 package of ranch mix and I dipped each piece of chicken in beaten egg before I dipped it in the dry mix. Super good! My husband loved it!
