Easy OREO Truffles
I just noticed this recipe here, but I've been making these for years. I make them as written, but I am planning on making some with nutter butters (with half cream cheese/half peanut butter) and milk chocolate coating. My BEST suggestion, because believe me, I dip a TON of my desserts in chocolate (cuz I'd rather "prepare" than actually bake), USE THE CHOCOLATE MELTING WAFERS! You can find them right in your grocery store or craft stores. I learned not to melt in the microwave, so I make my own version of a double boiler at home and use that...it works PERFECTLY! The chocolate wafers even come in different colors, so you can be even more creative.
