Wow, this was AMAZING!!!! I made this one exactly as written, however, I'm sure I added just slightly more cheese than it called for. I brought it to a CHristmas party and it was the #1 thing that everyone ate! It got rave reviews, and even I couldn't stop eating it,a nd I don't usually eat much of the stuff I bring places! Thanks for a superb recipe!!!! It will be a keeper for life with me!!!!

I just noticed this recipe here, but I've been making these for years. I make them as written, but I am planning on making some with nutter butters (with half cream cheese/half peanut butter) and milk chocolate coating. My BEST suggestion, because believe me, I dip a TON of my desserts in chocolate (cuz I'd rather "prepare" than actually bake), USE THE CHOCOLATE MELTING WAFERS! You can find them right in your grocery store or craft stores. I learned not to melt in the microwave, so I make my own version of a double boiler at home and use that...it works PERFECTLY! The chocolate wafers even come in different colors, so you can be even more creative.

I've already made this for 2 different Christmas parties this year and everyone loves it!!!! No, it is NOT a healthy snack, but it is sooooo good!!!!!! I rolled mine in toffee pieces and it makes the flavors all perfect. The first time I made it I used peanut butter chips and chocolate chips. The second time, just chocolate. I gotta say, I like the peanut butter taste in it, but then again, I like peanut butter taste in anything!!!! Thanks for the recipe!!! My friends and I LOVE it!!!!!!!
