I made this recipe last nite for dinner with cut up chicken and fettuccini noodles. It was AWESOME!!!! My husband, who did not like the last time I tried to make my own saice, loved this one. Cream cheese really is what gives it the perfect consistency. This is a total keeper!!!!

I decided to make these after seeing the recipe on here. I sprayed the plate with olive oil Pam (0 fat AND 0 calories)and then sprayed the top of the potatos. I also used a french fry seasoning on them BEFORE i put them in the microwave. I used my potato peeler to slice them. I was only able to make about 8-10 at a time. Although I was the only one who ate them, they turned out delicious!!!!! LOVE THEM!!!!

I made these for my Mom and I and we just loved them!!! We actually baked them instead of frying them and we didnt have any sweet chili sauce so we used sour cream instead. The middle concoction was delicious!!!! Very good recipe that my Mom and I plan on continuing to use again and again!!!!
