Fig Pie
The quality of this recipe depends on the quality of figs used. I used dried turkish figs and it ended up tasting like a prune pie. It may be better if made with fresh figs.

Crab Fried Rice
Very tasty, but the 2 teaspoons of salt I found to be a bit too much. I made this recipe with lobster and it worked equally as well.

Congo Tofu
Seems proportions mentioned in this recipe were not accurate. Following the directions made for a very dry and unpleasant texture and an overwhelming peanut-buttery taste. I was able to save the meal, though, by adding a can of diced tomatoes and the juice of 1 lemon to balance out the peanut butter.
