I love using my slow cooker. I also love cooking Turkey and casseroles. I am also a big fan of stews and Italian dishes.

Christmas cooking with my Italian side of my family. Including baking cookies and spaghetti sauce.

I made my first turkey 2 years ago. It turned out wonderful.
My cooking tragedies
I did start my apartment kitchen on fire when I was 22. Ooops.

Easier Chicken Marsala
this was a very simple and tasty dish. I doubled the mushrooms and added a handful of fresh spinach. Served over egg noodles. I like it because it dosent have as much fat as normal marsala recipes. Thank you so much for this !!

Chocolate Chip Banana Bread II
WOW! I have had loads of banana bread. This is my first loaf that I made from scratch and it was awesome!!!

Popovers
These popovers were easy and very good. I used my silicone muffin cups on a baking sheet and they turned out wonderful. It made 12 popovers. Great recipe! Thanks J!
