Beautiful Sight !
Do I look like I have a sense of humor?
About this Cook
Lived in Delaware my whole life. Not true for most of the population here anymore. Including my lovely wife who I persuaded to move here from Wisconsin, hey I think the weather is more tolerable here! I enjoy the outdoors especially fishing and riding my Harley. Also would be lost without my music, especially while preparing food.
My favorite things to cook
My favorites would have to be different kinds of seafood. Crabs (blue claw) being at the top, shrimp, fish fries, different kinds of crab soup, chicken... fried, hot wings, steaks on the grille, ham and cabbage, salsa. And hopefully some new stuff, thats why I'm on this site !
My favorite family cooking traditions
It seems i find multiple ways to incorporate beer into a lot of my concoctions. Also the use of Old Bay and season salt. Love it.
My cooking triumphs
Anything that my family eats that they genuinely act as if they enjoy.
My cooking tragedies
More then I would probably care to mention.

Pan Seared Lemon Tilapia with Parmesan Pasta
Very simple and very good. I doubled everything and was engough for three people. I also used shredded Parmesan about a cup worth, the wife and I have a cheese thing. Worth making again, if you like seasoning just add more then a pinch I think thats why some felt it was too blan.

Baked Potato Soup
This soup is freak'n awesome. My wife had mentioned while we were in a restaurant about baked potato soup so I looked it up. This recipe caught my eye, I tell you what it barely makes it out of the pan before I start sampling it! I substitute green onion for the parsley and add about 1 tablespoon of butter when adding the flour. Other then that you cant go wrong with this one. If you dont like this get your taste buds checked out! Two thumbs way up !!

Mom's Best Pork Chops
Excellent, added Italian bread crumbs to crackers and also some pepper and Italian seasoning to the egg mix. Maybe over kill with the italian seasoning but it came out great! Will definitely be making again.
