Instant Pistachio Salad
This is exactly the recipe my mom used to make for special occasions. People love this dish! I agree with many other reviewers--don't drain the pineapple.

Delicious Black Bean Burritos
This was a very flavorful burrito. My husband and I aren't vegetarians, but we try to eliminate meat a few times a week--this meal felt very satisfying despite being vegetarian. It reheated well the next day, too.

Grilled Salmon I
This was a good, middle-of-the road marinade. A little sweet, a little zip, some soy sauce flavor. I didn't have lemon pepper so I added a little lime zest. It was actually pretty good.
