Grilled Zucchini II
I cut the zucchini too thin... the ones I left thicker tasted great, though.

Mexican Grilled Chicken
I made this several times over the summer, and it has been a hit with everyone... kids included! For less sodium, I made my own taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper all to taste). The end result tastes pretty much the same whether you use reg mayo or fat free sour cream.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
WOW. The best ever! (But easy with the topping... they do sink a bit if you put on all the topping that the recipes yields.)
