Spanish Rice II
I was really disappointed with this. I added some garlic, but still found it really bland. The whole thing was left uneaten. I am sorry but I wouldn't make this again. :(

Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash
Wow - this was absolutely DELICIOUS!!! I have never eaten butternut squash before, let alone cooked with it - but this was simply divine! The natural sweetness of the buttersquash together with the strong taste of the garlic was a wonderful combination. My only complaint ... I didn't make enough!!!!! Thanks soo much for sharing!! :)

I know this sounds rather odd, but I am not sure what I thought of this. I didn't love it, but I didn't hate it either. Would I make it again ... I am not sure!
