Italian Butter

I really enjoyed this. I served it at a wine tasting and it was a hit! I let the herbs soak for about an hour in the oil before the guests arrived. I had leftover spice mixture and stored it for another party!

Best Football Dip Ever

This was the first thing gone at my work potluck! I used a pound of shredded cheddar cheese instead of the processed loaf. The cream cheese really made this dip excellent!

Cubed Steak and Wild Rice

This was so bland that my boyfriend drenched his in salt. I was very disappointed and would not even eat the leftovers.
