Pork Steaks
I put a twist on this,recipe. I used Ken's Lite Italian dressing.Marinated for 30 mins. Mean ~while, I cut up carrots,yellow & white potatoes & celery. Put in a roasting pan.Drizzled Olive oil over the vegetables. Then baked at 375 degrees in the oven.After 1 hour, turn the meat over then bake for a half hour more. Took cover off for the last 5 min. to brown the meat more. Tender & juicy. My husband loved it.

Swiss Cheese Potato Pancakes
Good pancakes, for 16 people. 8 1/2 cups of potato. 4 eggs.1/4 cup of flour. But, had I no Swiss cheese. So I used 2 slices of cheddar cheese, saute mushrooms & onions in butter,finely chopped.About half cup. Minced garlic about 2 table spoons. Used red & white onions mixed~ 1/4 cup. Salt & pepper to taste. I Fallowed the rest of the recipe. Froze half of them for a later date.

Zucchini/Potato Soup
I did a a little different version. For 12: I use chicken base & chicken fat for my 7 cups of water.I used 2 cloves of garlic, cut in pieces,boiled it at first it get the water hot.Then added :Celery half of a cup.Chicken base, half of cup of chicken fat. Potatoes: 2 red skin & 3 yellow skin small size, cut in small pieces. Zucchini, 1 onion,yellow, one cup of broccoli. Cook it like stated.I added the 4 eggs & 1 TLBS. of lemon juice.Used lemon pepper seasoning ,salt & black pepper,to taste. Then the dill... AWSOME!!!! I glad I found this recipe
