About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
I love to bake, make soups and cook anything Indian because it makes my house smell wonderful.
My cooking triumphs
The first time I ever made bread from scratch. It felt amazing!
My cooking tragedies
I'm just no good with deep-frying. Can't seem to get the hang of it. The first time I made fried chicken, it was burned on the outside and undercooked on the inside.

Italian Sausage Soup
This is so delicious and so easy to make. I love it! However, I use Italian turkey sausage. I bumped up the garlic just a little bit too and added about 1/2 cup of elbow macaroni. Thanks for the fantastic recipe!

Spiced Yogurt Pound Cake
This cake was exceptional. It was really moist and delicious. I even had two pieces in one sitting! Can't remember the last time I did that. I topped it with walnuts, whipped cream, and a drizzle of caramel sauce. It was fantastic!

Mulligatawny Soup I
This soup is unbelievably delicious. My husband said it was the best soup he's ever had. I made it exactly as listed and it came out great. I'll probably make twice as much next time though because we didn't have any leftovers! Also, will add a little more rice, chicken and apple according to our own personal preference. Thanks for the incredible recipe!
