Flatlander Chili
Great chili receipe as is! I made a few adjustments for my own taste preferences. I sauteed 3 teaspoons of minced garlic before adding ground beef to add some flavor in the meat. I omitted the celery and added 1 can of kernel corn for a nice contrast of sweet and spicy flavors. I also added 2 tablespoons of chopped jalepeno for some extra spice. After 1.5 hours of simmering, I served it with fresh baked corn bread and topped it off with a dallop of sour cream and fresh cilantro.
This is an excellent dish, all the flavors blend perfectly together! Thanks for the great receipe George!
