Southern Apricot Chicken
This dish was GREAT!! I used boneless, skinless chicken thighs and doubled the sauce. I thought it would be really sweet but it was just right! (and the sauce is good over rice too) :)

Easy Garlic Broiled Chicken
I just made this dish....and it got rave reviews. I baked it, then broiled it at the very end. I guess it's quite fattening with all that butter :-) But my husband and kids said it was "delicious", and I loved how garlicky it was, so I am glad I found it.
