Beer-Batter Onion Rings
Not light, crispy or addictive. More like a waste of onion and flour.

Barbecued Short Ribs
I give it a star for the way the meat fell off the bones, otherwise the ribs were pretty much tasteless. My husband has requested I not make this resipe again.

Pork Chop Pileups
Pretty good. I didn't have string beans or cream of mushroom so i substituted snap peas and cream of chicken. Also seasoned the pork with salt, pepper, season salt and chopped garlic. ALSO I sprinkled chopped garlicon the top.
