Fried Pickles
have tried to make fried pickles MANY times, this is the only recipe that really hit the spot!!! Thank you! Used all flour instead of cornmeal as I did not have any, also no seafood seasoning as I didn't have it, but everything else I did exact!

Crumb-Coated Chicken Thighs
AMAZING! the only thing I did different was used pita bread crumbs instead of regular bread crumbs and I used a half cup, but that was for only 3 thighs and I barely had enough, just something to think about when doing your own portions. THANKS for a GREAT recipe!

Grandma's Sloppy Joes
