Skillet Pork Chops with Potatoes and Onion
made exactly as directed except for leaving out the onions and it was delicious!!!!!! the most tender pork chop I have ever had!!

BBQ Chicken Pizza
AWESOME! I eye-balled the ingredients. You definitely need the pepperchinis! I used some from a jar. I also used a rotisserie chicken and Boboli pre-made pizza crust. My husband cannot stop eating it!
