Pomegranate Molasses
this is great! how middle easter(perisan to be exact) use this is with a curry chicken over rice and you pour some of this over the rice and chicken..result is delicious!

Mushroom Spinach Omelet
excellent dish..i honestly didnt think it was going to be as good as it really is. such a nice simple blend of the right ingredients can do wonders and we all thought the same...served 10 people this as of this morning =)

Golden State Mushroom Soup
very tasty soup! 5 stars all the way...ok dont hate me BUT i did add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 1/4 of white wine and 3 cloves of garlic minced...oh yes and that was on a 6 serving.
