I'm a homemaker in The OC. I love to bake (and am not horrible at it). Cooking is a huge challenge for me but I'm not giving up!

Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Absolutely fabulous! We had these for breakfast this morning and we loved them! I normally don't like anything with cinnamon but I made the syrup anyway... so glad I did! It was the perfect compliment to the pancakes. I will definitely make these again!

Three Cheese Baked Pasta
Made this for dinner last night and it was a hit. I followed a recommendation and used a high quality tomato pasta sauce in the meat mixture. Very kid friendly and the leftovers were just as good as the first night. The only thing I might do next time is double the meat sauce.

Fast Rice Pudding
I made this tonight with some leftover cooked rice. My boyfriend and son loved it! I did follow the suggestion of using a tsp of cinnamon instead of a Tbs. Glad I did. A tsp was more than enough.
