Shrimp Lemon Pepper Linguini
YUM! with a few changes other suggested. Used 3 TBSP olive oil to saute garlic. Wanted to increase sauce ~ used 3/4 C chicken broth, 1/2 C white wine, left out the lemon zest (didn't want it too lemony), reduced pepper to 1 tsp., sliced large shrimp down the middle. Kept the rest as directed.Very nice taste and so easy. Will make often. Thanks.

New Year's Day Black-Eyed Peas
I opted out of using the tomatoes. Used 1 14oz can of chicken broth & 2 cans of water with plenty of Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. The best I've ever had!

Slow Cooker Turkey Breast
Giving 5 stars for the idea of cooking turkey in a slow cooker. Made some changes ~ used 2 boneless breast halves just under 3 lbs total. Salt/Pepper turkey. Omitted the onion soup (my opinion tastes like a frozen dinner) Used a can of Campbells Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 onion thinly sliced and a teaspoon of thyme. Cook high for 1 hr, set to low for 3 hrs. Gravy is done also! Yum
