I'm a senior in college, learning slowly but surely how to cook. :) Mexican food gives me a lot of satisfaction since it's my favorite to eat. I also love baking cakes, lemon squares, and other desserts. My mother is an incredible cook, but she never uses recipes! I did not inherit her "eye" in just throwing ingredients into the pot, but I am working on it. ;) Mexican shredded pork! My first recipe from here. Okay, it was really simple, but it was delicious too! Burning ramen noodles in high school. That's right. It was bad. Like, smoke-filled house bad.
