Gumbo Style Chicken Creole
It was barley edible, there was little flavor and it left my husband and I extreamly unsatisfied.

Vegetable Rice Casserole
This was pretty good. The only thing that I would change is the amount of liquid. I found that it's a little dry.

Italian Bread Using a Bread Machine
This turned out great! I followed the recipe to the T once, and the second time I divided the salt in half. I don't think it makes much of a difference. The only thing I found is that it doesn't have to bake as long, less 5 minutes or so.
