This is a good recipe, just a little sweet for my taste... Def worth a try though the bread comes out fluffy, great texture.

Soo good. I actually used this recipe and cooked the turkey upside down, only flipping it back over for the last hour.. such a good recipe. The Michiganders rock!

Upside Down Turkey

This was awesome! I actually used the seasonings from the "Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way" recipe and cooked the turkey upside down for 3 hours then right side up for 1 at 350 (I had an 18 1/2 pound bird) and it came out amazing! YAY!

change it to 1/4 cup of sugar and these are FABULOUS! I served them with Christmas dinner and they were such a hit! An easy side dish for any dinner!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2008
I made this last night, it was great! I did listen to other reviewers though and doubled the spices, and I'm so glad I did, because I think they'd be lacking otherwise. Also, I used 3/4 cup oil, 1/4 cup of (sweetened/cinn) applesauce. I made one loaf and 20 muffins... sprinke the bottom with cinn/sugar mixture for a fun yummy flavor busrt... for the muffins - I baked them at 350 degrees for twenty minutes! Enjoy!

Fruit Dip II

Amazing! I have been using this recipe for a few years now, and there are NEVER leftovers! Everyone at home and work loves this stuff! I serve it with kiwi, apples (gala or jonathan are amazing), pineapple (fresh is the best!), strawberries and bits of pound cake. Everyone loves it!
