I have a korean mom, so anything korean wins my heart, especially if it's done my mom's way, which usually omits the fishy ingredients. we love the new year and birthday soups! and my fiance is the kuchen baker, yum! korean bbq for the 2nd time came out delicious! and kimchi making for the first time as well! never thought i could do it :) korean bbq for the first time...lol thought my mouth was going to dry up on the first bite - too much soy sauce makes it wayyyy too salty!
