Taco Soup I
I LOVE this recipe with these changes: (1) use the whole packet of taco seasoning (2) black beans instead of kidney beans (3) mexican flavored stewed tomatoes (4) 1 lb ground turkey and thats it.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad
Ive made this a few times and it is always a hit at BBQs! I didn't want to deal with choosing between whipped cream or cool whip in regular fruit salads and it is a nice change. I make the topping and drain the fruit the night before and combine it all in the morning. It is wonderful!!

Spanish Rice II
I always make the boxed stuff, but tried this recipe when someone told me it was easy to make. It was really pretty simple and tasted great! I got lots of compliments on it! I would be careful about the rice sticking though... stir it every so often because my stuck to the bottom of the pan a bit.
