One-Dish Chicken, Vegetable and Rice Bake
Loved this recipe for a couple of reasons- Easy prep, easy cleanup and very good! I made it for a group at work and they were practically licking the pan. Only thing was the rice was a little tough in some areas, so next time I may go with a non-wild mix.

Pumpkin Sausage Lasagna
This was a definite crowd pleaser! Like the other reviewer suggested, I added more sauce... about another cup or so because I, too, enjoy a "saucier" lasagna. The leftovers were fantastic as well.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Serious crowd pleaser! I made this for a quick dinner one night with some frozen tilapia filets and ingredients I already had in my fridge. Everyone was really impressed... and it was sooo easy!
