Very good! I added some jalapeno and green bell pepper and served on New Years Day. Everyone at the table loved them, even those that don't like black eyed peas. I highly recommend!

Mexican Baked Fish

Andy's Five Pepper Chicken Wings

These were the hottest wings I have ever had! Absolutely delicious! I have made them twice now and both times I got compliments and wow's. A favorite of mine, for sure.

Potato Spinach Casserole

Very good! It went over great with the whole family. I used Monterey Jack cheese instead of cheddar and it was wonderful. Will be adding this to my specialties for sure.

This pasta salad was great! I made it for a BBQ at my house and everyone liked it, especially my husband. I left out the tomatoes, though and used bow tie pasta, but other than that I followed the recipe exactly. We're going out of town this weekend and I am making this again to bring along.
