I used the bread machine to make the dough, but baked it in the oven. I make bread at least once a week and have never had a bread recipe that I had to add so much additional flour. I ended up adding both an extra half cup of wheat and regular flour. The bread tasted good, so will probably make it again.

We love this recipe. I substitute the oil with applesauce, to make it a little healthier. I double the chocolate and make it all chocolate, it's better than brownies.
