Mom's Zucchini Bread
The is awesome! Everyone loves this bread and give me zuc's all summer long as a 'hint'. The only thing I changed was I added 1/2 tsp. nutmeg and I added a few large shredded carrots for extra nutrition/color. This is a MUST MAKE!

White Chocolate Amaretto Cake
I use Vanilla instant pudding and ice the cake with almond buttercream - always a hit!!!

OREO(R) and Fudge Ice Cream Cake
I made this cake using 12 ice cream sandwiches on the bottom layer, filling in the middle, and 12 ice cream sandwiches on top. Followed the recipe exactly (except for the layering). It was AWESOME and I got rave reviews. I think 2 layers is plenty.
