Spicy Grilled Shrimp

This was great. I added lime, as someone else suggested, and broiled the shrimp. Definitely a quick weeknight keeper.

Drunken Flat Iron Steak

My mother-in-law just made something very similar for us and it was delicious. Instead of vermouth, she used bourbon, marinated it for days, and then grilled it. Yum.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

I have made this several times for my family and for guests and it always gets rave reviews. Sometimes I add a high-quality mustard to the sauce.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich

yummy! when I am short on time (always) and making grilled cheese for a bunch of people I microwave the sandwiches first to melt the cheese and then toast 'em up in the oven on broil
