Janet's Rich Banana Bread
Excellent! Thank you for an amazing recipe. Followed as directed except I also added 1/4 cup shredded coconut. Lovely and moist. Delicious!

Oven Brown Rice
Took a lot longer than the stated cooking time, probably around 90 mins in total and it wasn't that fantastic.

Carrot Cake III
Simply awesome. Replaced some of the oil with apple sauce and pineapple juice. Husband loved it, ate almost the entire cake just by himself!
