I recently made this to serve at a luncheon for a light dessert. First, let me say my favorite thing about the recipes was how fast they were to put together!! Super easy, just make sure your egg whites are stiff. After reading other reviews I did double the recipe, but not the sugar. They came out perfect and I will make them again.I like to think they are a lighter less dense version of a macaroon.

I am a personal chef and recently got a request for hot german potato salad. Not having a really good recipe, I went on the search. Tried this one and got wonderful feedback at the baby shower I catered. I didn't change much with the exception of using a white wine vinegar to impart a deeper and richer vinegar flavor. Thanks!

I love using Quinoa and this was a nice variation. In particular the sweet of cranberries and raisins with the earthy flavors of the beans/quinoa was nice. I increased salt and pepper, and used basil instead of mint. Nice flavors.
