Buttery Cooked Carrots
This recipe is superb. All of us are health and weight concious so I use 25ml brown sugar and about half the butter in the recipe and it turns out beautifully each time I've made it.

Perfect Pumpkin Pie
This was a winner with my family. We don't have tinned pumpkin in South Africa so I cooked Butternut and processed the pulp. Some of my family are not partial to pumpkin but this pumpkin pie had them all asking for more.

Snow Peas Oriental
This recipe changes the humble carrot into an exciting, visually pleasing dish. I doubled the ingredients and served as a side dish for a special occasion. Everyone enjoyed it and requested the recipe.
