Raspberry Fudge Brownies
I absolutely love these brownies. I ate 4 triangles in a row and seriously could have eaten more. I followed the recipe exactly but used 1/3 fat cream cheese (could not tell at all). Next time I plan to use light whipped topping and may also try using a different brownie base. Maybe I baked them a little long, but I found the base to be not as soft and chocolaty as I wanted. But truly, the recipe is 5 stars without changing anything. Enjoy but make sure you have people to feed them to or you may just eat them all by yourself.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies
These are awesome. I used the pudding that I had on hand, chocolate chip mint pudding and just sifted out the mint chips (although this probably was not necessary). I doubled the vanilla but kept the rest of the recipe the same. They are definately my new favorite. I was also amazed that I actually got more cookies then the yeild amount, normally the recipe says it will make 3 dozen and I get 2 dozen.

Poppy Seed Muffins
I think this recipe is great. The muffins definately came out moist and yummy. Next time I think I will change the almond extract for lemon in both the muffin and the glaze. Also, my glaze was too liquid, thus, next time I will use confectioner's sugar and not as much juice. But overall a great recipe.
