Well, I'm a mom of 2 and I love to bake and cook. When I'm not doing that, you can usually find me working off all the calories at the gym. I usually like to cook/bake more than I like to eat though.I love to write, but don't like to talk about it too much. I love being surrounded by friends and enjoying great wine and tasty food peppered w/ feisty conversation. I'm pretty good at penne w/ vodka sauce and I make a mean chocolate Kahlua cake! I like to find healthy alternatives to my favorite meals so I don't miss out on flavor when I'm cutting calories or fat. Penne vodka, chocolate kahlua cake, white turkey chili, many panini sandwiches, bacon wrapped scallops, homemade pizzas. Ugh...anything I try to bake in this electric oven! I can't wait to convert it to gas! Other than that, I haven't had too many tragedies.
