Bean Salad
I found it a little bland, but I loved how it kept its consistency and didn't get mushy. A friend suggested frying up the ground yak I had in the freezer and that enhanced it noticeably.

Italian Vegetable Soup
Tasty! The only reason I didn't give it four was because it did not keep well, which is half the reason I make soup. Very good when we made it though.

Sour Cream Pear Pie
The main reason I made it was because canned pears had been left at my house, but it was quite good.
