Pie Crust IV
What a great recipe! I had abolsolutely NO problems with rolling it out or anything. It was so smooth! I didn't have shortening, so I used 1 stick of butter, and I also used 3/4 cup white flour and 3/4 cup whole wheat flour. I also added 1/3 cup extra wheat to make it a little firmer. This was great with the broccoili quiche I made! My boyfriend (who never eats the crust of a pie) said that it was great!

Whole Wheat Pumpkin-Applesauce Muffins
I love these muffins... the only thing that i do differently is substitute mashed banana for the applesauce. Also, make sure you put them in a sealed container as soon as they come out of the oven so they retain their moisture. Sooo good!

Curried Pumpkin Soup
I love curry dishes and I love pumpkin soup, but this is definitely not my favorite recipe. It was too apple-y and there was too much curry and not enough additional ingredients to unify it. it was weird because you could taste the individual ingredients. This is not something I will be making again. If you're looking to punch up a pumpkin soup, follow a traditional recipe and add a carrot and some rosemary.
